The Dugout is a free fan project for personal use. By using it you agree to these plain-English terms.
- Not affiliated with MLB. The Dugout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, or any club. Team names and logos belong to their owners.
- For fun only. Game outlooks, percentages and pick lists are estimates for entertainment. They are not betting advice, not odds, and not a promise of any result. Don't rely on them to gamble.
- Data may be wrong or late. Scores and stats come from the publicly reachable MLB Stats API, used unofficially; they may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and access may stop at any time.
- Your account. Keep your password private. Be respectful: don't use names or notes that are abusive, and don't try to break, overload or scrape the site. We may remove accounts that do.
- No warranty. The site is provided as is and may change or go offline at any time.
- Leaving. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.
